This was one of the cleaning staff in BISTU University, who refused to clean the kitchen and was instructed by the HR Woman to, 'Do nothing for her (me). She is crazy. We are investigating. We have asked for an enhanced medical document.' I agreed to everything. She would find nothing in the enhanced medical document because there should have been nothing there. Except I did not know at the time that an Iraqi doctor and Christopher Turnbull and Police Scotland had been enabled to slander and attack me, secretly. This slander was sent to Dalian and Beijing. This was the document claiming I, 'Did not raise my children. Both my children were dead. I was a drug addict and had 'psychological problems'' I know this because the hysterical HR woman asked me these questions, and she was hysterical because she thought she had hired a psychopath - and had absolutely not proof or evidence except what the British Embassy in Beijing was telling her. Yes, I did speak to the Embassy and yes they did confirm a lot.

After this girl assaulted me I had to force the university to call the police. I recorded the whole event. This was in 2022. This is a long recording and quite boring. Basically, HR Staff took the girl who assaulted me into another room, coached her on what to say, the Police took their side of events and then we all left. The police were very friendly but they did not investigate.

HR Staff Mr Hu and Ms Wang and their lawyer film me whilst they are trying to get me to agree to 'New Rules', which are very vague and they won't tell me what they are. They are trying to imply I have broken rules and am agreeing to sign 'New Rules'. Mr Hu gets very angry. Their 'lawyer' sticks her camera right in my face and claims, 'I am not filming you.' I refuse to sign the 'New Rules'. They refuse to pay me! The FCDO supports their claims and never, ever record my side of events. I wrote to the Beijing Embassy! They said, 'We are making note of events.' Yet, whenever I ask them for Subject Access Request information on this, they claim: This is all we have! And they do not send what I gave them. Every single time, in multiple countries, because the true version of events does not fit their narrative!

(Jan '23) American University of Baghdad in Iraq (AUIB) I was in Thailand (Dec '22), waiting for the Chinese court case in Beijing People's Court to start. Whilst in Thailand I get this amazing offer, which will almost solve all of my problems, is highly paid and is the easiest job I have ever had. The only problem: It is full of Brits. The interview, as usual, since 2020, is extremely strange. The Manager Lisa of the Language Institute, doesn't ask me any detailed questions about English for Academic Purposes, which I am disappointed about since I have been taking paid courses since working in China. I am given the job. It is not a coincidence that this job was offered days before the IPT Court cases is decided in the Home Office. They know where I am and they do not invite me to present my case or respond to anything they have gathered or said. It is SECRET. I arrived at the university and am buddied with an American woman who has a acute mental illness, then paired with a guy who tells me he is 'paranoid schizophrenic'! He goes on to accuse me of 'moving his exams'! The cleaner moved his exams. Lisa and her deputy are responsible for managing this guy but they seem to expect me to manage him. When I later accept their offer, after being accused of being, once again, 'a security' risk: You can resign and we will find a replacement, or we will fire you! I tell them to fire me because I have not done anything.
Just before they say this to me Police Scotland have obtained my details illegally from MSP Sarah Boyack's office and contacted the university. They are still stalking me! The Office of the Information Commissioners, in the UK, when I complaint about this stalking and breach of my privacy, claim: Police Scotland are just trying to help you!
I am fired.
The day after I am fired, because I have not been paid, I go to my two classrooms and sit in the classroom, quietly, without any aggro at all and say goodbye to my students. When the classes finish, two huge security guards and Lisa's boss come into the classroom and start threatening me. I am filming them. I send the recordings to multiple people so that they have a record of it. The guards try to take my phone on instruction from Lisa's boss. I am escorted to the HR building where they promise to pay me. I am prevented from leaving the building. Before we enter the building the huge security guard threatens me and I have to throw my phone into the lake (Saddam Hussain's lake) to protect the people and teachers I sent the videos to. On entering the building I am prevented from leaving.
After being illegally kidnapped - held without reason and prevented from leaving for about 40 minutes, and threatened again, I receive the tiny amount of money they offer and leave. I am escorted to my apartment and pack my things. I am not in any way 'deranged'. As the FCDO are circulating that I had 'seen a psychiatrist in Iraq', and had circulated this to the American courts, and all over, the University sends a patronising Dr who refuses to identify what his actual profession is, to my apartment. I record him. My Chinese phone cannot call out and the university has blocked my AUIB mobile. I speak to Carolyn Evans who has a pretty disgusting attitude. I write to the Embassy when I leave the University and they claim, in a future Subject Access Request that they never received my email! I of course have proof that they did!

This is one of the African women who were always looking to try and attack me and provoke me. It never worked. She used to send her youngest son into the women's showers to insult the women. She would get her older son to go around picking fights and stealing. She would use her pregnancy as a defence, knowing that nobody would touch her because most people are not as inhuman as that. She would scream at her kids and beat her kids. When I reported her to the UN, the UN said, 'It's ok, we know Lucy is racist.'
The other two African women were just as violent as she was. One of them lifted me up and slammed me into the floor. The two African women I was forced to live with defecated in buckets, put it under their beds and then emptied it into the communal showers every day. The toilets were twenty meters from their room. The same two African women tried to assault me outside the camp.

The written text at the beginning of this script is my reason for asking for asylum in Croatia. The FCDO knew I was there. The Swiss knew I was there. They knew why I was there. They knew I did not want to ask for asylum. They knew they could just send my passport and I would be free. When I spoke to Zagreb British Embassy I asked them to ask the FCDO to ask Switzerland to release my passport. The Embassy claimed they didn't know then went on to expose (in a recording) again that they were fully involved. They proved this in Switzerland. Switzerland officials told me this. Lies. Lies. Lies. Deliberately torture and kidnap.

UN Staff in Delijas (Safita and her boss Christina in HQ) refuse to allow me to go to church at Easter, along with the three Africans (one of which is Muslim). Safita explicitly states many times 'No, not you!' She refuses to give a reason. I write to the UN, so does Professor Richard Gill, asking the UN to assist me in my asylum claim. The UN repeatedly ignored our requests probably believing the lies from the FCDO. You can see the narrative manipulation that is occurring if you read my blog post, 'Competing Narratives', and how the FCDO repeatedly deflect attention away from their criminal behaviour by repeatedly asserting a false narrative. The UN refuse to admit to what they are doing, and even after repeated emails asking for their assistance, absolutely refuse to respond, ever! Witnesses in the camp, confirm what they are seeing and you can hear someone in this recording (click on the picture of the camp) shocked at what is happening to me.
Additionally, a doctor visits the camp, asks to see me and there is no reason to speak to him. I write a letter explaining what the FCDO has done - illegally obtained a document that was ripped up by a Swiss judge, claimed it is legitimate and are circulating this everywhere I go, along with all the other lies. The Dr does not speak good English. Does not read the letter. Tries to force me to 'speak to a specialist'. There are multiple witnesses to him. He refuses to give his name. I did NOTHING! The nurse in this camp is sadistic to the children and very vindictive. She hates asylum seekers.

UN repeatedly abuses my human rights. In Bosnia, under Article 18 of the UN Charter of Human Rights, I have the right to attend religious events and practice any religion I claim to be a member of. Attending religious events, religious gatherings is a good way to integrate into a society and meet people. The FCDO are still criculating the document they got from Switzerland which was ripped up by a Swiss judge, claiming it is 'legitimate'. The FCDO has already admitted TO ME that they 'recommend socially isolating me, drugging me' and basically silencing me. They have sent this document to Bosnia. They are directing my torture, isolations and deliberately making people fearful. When I ask the UN in the camp why I was refused to participate in a local spiritual event (Easter) the UN rep, Safita, refuses to give me her boss' name, or even her full name. The UN visit the camp a few weeks later, with the Minister. The Minister pats me on the back like I am some kind of dog, so I pat him back on his back. He isn't too pleased!

As a last resort I call the British Embassy in Zagreb multiple times and eventually get an polite Croatian woman. She was clearly fishing and trying to discover whether I had ever been to the British Embassy in Switzerland! That is because the British Embassy illegally obtained a document that was ripped up by a Swiss judge - the FCDO are trying to use this document to victimize me, once again! No suprise anymore!
She is very polite but doesn't seem to know the law or intricacies of asylum, surprisingly. She seems to think people only ask for asylum when they want to denounce their citizenship. This is of course not true. People can ask for temporary protection. I was refused even temporary protection. She claims the Embassy and the FCDO don't know Switzerland has kidnapped my passport and claims it is totally legal. Even though I am literally in Croatia! She makes loads of claims which are false and accuses me of, 'Doing the same thing as I did in Switzlerland.' I am calling them to tell the FCDO to tell Switzerland to release my passport. The FCDO cannot claim that they did not know! Absolute lies! Political persecution, all orchestrated from the FCDO! There was also a risk if I applied for a temporary passport the HMPO could deny it, after cancelling my current passport and then I would have been stateless. Something the British Government have done before, illegally! Every time I was assaulted the FCDO knew about it. They could have ended it by simply telling Switzerland to release my passport. They were working together!
The other things is: Anyone, absolutely anyone, can refuse to return to their country, if they do not want to live in that country. Nobody has the right to force you to live anywhere unless you are dangerous - that is why they claim I am dangerous. It is easier to silence me in the UK!
