Michael Vallelian repeatedly refuses to return my passport and tries to return me to the UK

I repeatedly tried to find ways to adhere to Michael Vallelian's illegal and unachievable goals to get my passport back and he repeatedly lied and tried to return me to the UK, where I do not normally live. Here are some of the email conversations. Michael makes numerous false claims and on multiple occasions sent very violent officers to try to arrest me. I was dragged backwards, I have my door kicked in, I was strapped to a chair as if I was dangerous - I was very calm. I was then released almost immediately, multiple times. If I had agreed to return to the UK, which I believe he could not force me to do, you would never hear my story.
I cite the legal position which Switzerland should consider but which Michael Vallelian is ignoring - yet another law he ignores:
Following Month - Sept 20 2024 - Michael Vallelian claims my passport is in Berne. When we go there it is not! I assert, 'More psychological torture - refusal to return my passport; refusal to allow me to leave, or work' and I give him a list of 118 countries we can go to immediately.
Sept 23rd SEM Berne - Your passport will be returned when you leave Switzerland. They did not return it when I left Switzerland! They tell me to go back to Michael Vallelian - Please coordinate with the Fribourg cantonal authorities to arrange your departure.
4th November my Swiss friend and I present Michael, in hard copy and by email, tickets to Istanbul. Michael refuses to return the passport and is very abusive to my friend. He sends her again to Bern, claiming Bern has my passport. Bern SEM tell her Michael has the passport.
In Oct 11th Nov 4th Nov 6th Nov 8th Dec 2024 Jan 2025 - multiple requests for my passport are made for nine months - not including the period before this when they also refused to return it. In July 2026 my passport arrives in the Netherlands and only because Professor Richard Gill intervened! They would have continued if he had not intervened and I would probably be dead right now! No passport. No job. No money. No travel. Treated suspiciously. That is what persecution is - the denial of your human rights to freedom, liberty and to survive!
