Swiss Torture on behalf of the UK FCDO (Sir Keir Starmer) October 2024 to August 2025

Everything that happened in Switzerland, from the moment I left the UK, was managed and orchestrated by the FCDO and Starmer. Mainly to protect his reputation, not because he was interested personally in my situation.

Directly after Judge Colin Tyre denied me the right to an IPT Appeal (Edinburgh Inner House of the High Court, Oct 24) accusing the Investigatory Powers Tribunal of protecting Police Scotland, child abusers and the Barzanis, and denying me my human rights.

I was the plaintiff in the Investigatory Powers Tribunal Court(IPT) In both cases.

The single fundamental reason I went back to the UK, from Asia, in July 2024, was to challenge this decision (the ambiguous, 'nothing illegal took place' (IPT Dec 2023)) after becoming more and more aware that whatever the FCDO and IPT Courts had secretly done was affecting me in horrendous ways, globally. My employers were being contacted by anonymous people in the FCDO and the UK, who were making sickening assertions about me without any proof. My integrity and character were being challenged in such an obvious way, to my face, outside the UK and I was being asked insane questions by employers which had nothing at all to do with anything I was doing, that I knew with absolute certainty that it was coming from the UK. I have not lived in the UK since 2013 long term except when I was stuck there when covid happened, when we were all prevented from leaving. It was lockdown. Even then, so keen was I to not live there that I spent over three thousand pounds leaving for China in the middle of covid (August 2021), just to escape the insanity of the UK. I was then forced to return, in 2024, to challenge whatever secret nonsense Colin Tyre had asserted for the second time, secretly. Repeated lies.

July 2024

In July 2024, I went back to the UK and taught myself how to challenge the IPT Court decision, submitting a request for an appeal. I was challenged about my right to even be in the UK as a British citizen and was told by the Secretary of State for Scotland (Alastair Jack), 'you are not normally resident in the UK and therefore must wait three months to claim any rights'. The right to see a doctor for a non-emergency. The right to social security. The right to lawyers. The right to housing unless in an emergency. This was yet another legal case I had to write myself, submit myself and win, by myself. One of many now. Only then did Alastair Jack admit it was an error. But, of course, no compensation for me.

This was deliberately intended to make my life as difficult as possible. I was even told by a charity in the City of Edinburgh Council, after I started a hunger strike, that, If you choose to not eat then we cannot give you any money for food should you wish to start eating again. This is your choice. This decision was made by an autistic sadist in the charity in the City of Edinburgh Council. I got that decision overturned but yet again it showed me the character of people working in government.

So, without money I challenged the IPT decision (as well as the Secretary of State's decision), under disgusting conditions. Really vile and disgusting conidtions, with violent landlords paid for by the City of Edinburgh Council. It was easier and much cheaper than if I had money, because it would have cost me hundreds of thousands of pounds to challenge the IPT decision and I would have been given exactly the same decision to my request: I would like access to the information the IPT Court used to decide. 'Nothing illegal took place', and request an Appeal to do so!

Refused!

During the IPT Court Appeal Hearing in the Inner House of the Court of Session, in Edinburgh, in October 2024, Judge Colin Tyre, a close friend of Judge Colin Boyd, said:

If the UK consider you a security threat they can do anything to you.

He said it with a smirk. He said it as if it was a joke. I was not hearing things and have never heard things which do not exist. There was nobody recording the appeal hearing so there is no record. If there is a verbatim record I do not have access to it. The only people present were Judge Colin Tyre, a Clerk of the court, who was a bit condescending. A security guard. The judge and someone sitting at the back of the court who came in after the session started.

Judge Colin Tyre also asked me: Do you want to clear your name? Which I automatically answered, YES. Because, of course, there must have been something bad circulating about me, which he clearly knew, because you do not ask this question unless you believe there is something bad written about someone. And, so, of course, the reply is: YES. But, I should have also asked: In what way is my name not 'cleared'?

At the time, I naively believed the fact that going to such extremes (coming all the way back to the UK at my own expense; living in horrendous conditions; and writing my own bloody legal arguments because some idiot, many idiots had obviously fucked up) to expose and challenge what was written about me would in fact challenge whatever had been written about me - and stop whoever was writing shit about me, secretly. But, it has not. I am still not aware of everything that has been written about me but by the power of deduction I have worked out a lot of it. Not to mention the fact that the Swiss actually told me, in writing!

Judge Colin Tyre also suggested, in his refusal to allow me a hearing, that I go to Citizens' Advice (a free service to help people deal with bad institutions and bureaucrats) to 'help clear my name'. He assumed I would stay in the UK (I am/was a professional English Teacher and did not live in the UK) and use yet another service to waste my life away trying to get to the bottom of state persecution. This is just another way to get innocent citizens to waste their lives fighting a corrupt system which never produces justice. It never brings about justice. The system is designed to trap you in a constant loop of defending your right to peace and freedom whilst preventing you from living and creating the life you deserve. It is a distraction. You have to choose one or the other. Allow them to constantly and secretly attack you while you spend decades trying to prove they are doing it; or leave and expose them and write about them outside the UK. Leaving the UK normally gives you the second option. When it is the FCDO, they persecute and stalk you outside the UK, via their embassies.

So, this is why I went to Switzerland and this is why I asked for asylum protection. Under Human Rights Laws (I have the right to freedom from intrusion into my private life; the right to Liberty; the right to a fair trial; the right to a private life; the right to freedom of expression; the right to a passport; the right to health; the right to not live in fear, etc.

This move pissed the UK authorities off more than anything I did before. Psychopaths needs secrecy and privacy to continue their torture.

What started this persecution was not just Colin Boyd's decision to deny me a fatal accident inquiry into my son's murder. What started this web of persecution and character assassination was my social media posts about money laundering and corruption, involving the US and UK in Iraq, in 2020. And, then my court case in Beijing against the British Security Services.

Lucy is insane!

The whole, 'Lucy is insane' narrative is directly intended to deflect and detract from what I witnessed when I was working for Barzani in 2019. It coincidentaly also covers up for Colin Boyd's nasty decision not to investigate the murder of my son. It is a very convenient, cover all bases, narrative.

I have never had any mental ill health. Any risk to mental ill health was mitigated against by my lifelong extreme fitness due to playing team sports most of my life (touch rugby), and being a keen cyclist and mountain climber (15 mountain in Iraq alone); having no drink or drug use; having a professional job, and being highly educated. All of these things mitigate against mental ill health. I have always enjoyed excellent physical and mental health and am very resilient.

I have asked a professor to give me the statistical probability calculation of someone with that background having a serious mental illness. There is a very low statistical probability given also my job as an English Teacher is/was extremely low stress and very enjoyable. I have never been depressed.

I WAS A HAPPY PERSON!

So, on entering Switzerland and asking for asylum, I intentionally forced the UK to give Switzerland the reasons for my persecution. And they did.
