A Candid Account of My Struggle with the British Embassy: A Personal Journey

Updated: Jul 27

The Deceptive Encounter at the Embassy

Although the Croatian woman at the British Embassy was rather pleasant, I couldn't shake the feeling that she was either lying or genuinely believed the fabrications spilling from her lips. Whoever instructed her to say those things was certainly not being truthful! It felt like she was fishing for information, trying to uncover whether I had ever set foot in the British Embassy in Switzerland. Why? Because the British Embassy had illegally obtained a document that a Swiss judge had ripped up. The FCDO is attempting to use this document to victimize me once again! No surprise there!

As a last resort, I found myself calling the British Embassy in Zagreb multiple times, desperately seeking help. Finally, I reached a polite Croatian woman. She was courteous but, surprisingly, seemed to lack knowledge about the law or the intricacies of asylum. It was baffling! She appeared to think that people only ask for asylum when they want to denounce their citizenship. This, of course, is not true. People can seek temporary protection, yet I was refused even that.

The Misunderstanding of Asylum

She claimed that the Embassy and the FCDO were unaware that Switzerland had effectively kidnapped my passport, insisting that it was entirely legal. I couldn't believe my ears! Here I was, literally in Croatia, and she was making all these false claims. To add insult to injury, she accused me of, "doing the same thing as I did in Switzerland." I was calling them to urge the FCDO to tell Switzerland to release my passport. The FCDO cannot claim ignorance; that would be an absolute lie!

This is political persecution, all orchestrated from the FCDO! There was also a significant risk if I applied for a temporary passport. The HMPO could deny it after canceling my current passport, leaving me stateless. This is something the British Government has done before, illegally! Every time I was assaulted, the FCDO was aware of it. They could have put an end to it by simply instructing Switzerland to release my passport. Instead, they were complicit, working together against me!

The Right to Refuse

Another critical point to consider is that anyone—absolutely anyone—has the right to refuse to return to their country if they do not wish to live there. Nobody has the authority to force you to reside anywhere unless you pose a danger. That’s precisely why they claim I am dangerous. It’s easier for them to silence me in the UK!

A Personal Reflection

Reflecting on this entire ordeal, I can't help but feel a mix of frustration and disbelief. It's as if I am trapped in a twisted game where the rules are constantly changing, and I am the one left holding the short end of the stick. The FCDO and the British Embassy seem to be playing a dangerous game with my life, and I am left to navigate this treacherous terrain alone.

I often wonder how many others are caught in similar situations, facing the might of powerful institutions that seem to care little for individual lives. It’s a sobering thought, and it fuels my determination to fight back. I refuse to be a victim of this system, and I will continue to speak out against the injustices I have faced.

The Fight for Justice

In the end, this is not just about me. It’s about exposing the alleged corruption and systemic abuses by powerful institutions like the UK's FCDO and Police Scotland. It’s about seeking justice and accountability for myself and for anyone who has ever felt powerless against the machinery of government. I hope that by sharing my story, I can shed light on these issues and inspire others to stand up and fight for their rights.

So here I am, sharing my journey with you, hoping that it resonates and perhaps ignites a spark of awareness. We must not allow ourselves to be silenced or marginalized. Our stories matter, and they deserve to be heard!
